Mike Cheeseman
Founder & Vice President of Operations
Mike has been in the recruitment industry for 25 years and counting. He founded Digital Skills in 2015 as a specialist recruitment partner, focusing on hiring niche talent for some of the best brands and institutions in the world.
Some of the clients Mike has worked with are household names, however some of his proudest moments come from partnering with small to medium sized enterprises where hiring, scaling and building culture is vital and getting the wrong hire is a real setback.
The one thing that drives Mike is relationships and networking. He is a networker by trade and enjoys building ecosystems of supportive and collaborative partnerships, which in turn builds capability to solve clients' complex hiring needs.
Mike has a deep understanding of digital transformation and is always learning about technology and technical capability.
Mike is a family man first and foremost, a football nut and loves to talk about business and football, do get in touch.

Mark Vincent
Co-Founder & Vice President of Sales
Mark has spent 19 years working across technology recruitment and consulting, partnering with organisations in Banking, Insurance, Sports Betting & Gaming, eCommerce, Manufacturing, and more recently, Data & AI.
Mark takes pride in building long lasting working relationships, through understanding customer needs, business requirements, and strategic objectives.
He is passionate about building relationships based on trust, taking the time to understand each client's ambitions, challenges, and needs. Mark believes the best recruitment partnerships are built on honesty, consistency, and delivering long term value rather than simply filling vacancies.
Throughout his career, Mark has built a reputation for doing the right thing by both clients and candidates. Understanding people's skills, motivations and career aspirations, alongside the culture and vision of the companies he partners with.
